The registration, membership and licensing criteria and application forms, if necessary, are included below. All those persons applying for SALESMAN should also download the file APPRENTICE, as this is required PRIOR to you SALESMAN application.

In order to fill out the necessary forms correctly, you will need to download the requirements and follow the instructions. No incomplete applications will be considered for registration, membership and licensing. Applicants are required to:

1. Complete the necessary forms (Form 1, 3, 5).
2. Pay the required application fee (B$150).
3. Forward all requested documentation relevant to the classification being applied for.
